Job Description Job Description Bartender Bartenders at the Gateway Clipper Fleet must have at least 2 years of experience. Extensive knowledge of a variety of drinks. Having an engaging personality is important as we strive to serve our guests with a positive experience at every visit to the bar. Responsibilities * Follow Bar opening and closing guidelines * Maintain accurate cash drawer * Recognize dangerous / problematic behavior and report it to a manager * Follow RAMP protocols * Always ensure cleanliness of bar area * Provide guests with a positive and pleasant experience with every interaction Job Requirements: * Atleast 18 years old * Lift up to 25 lbs. * Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays * Demonstrate extensive mixology knowledge and skills * Follow manager instructions * Must have experience with POS systems * Organization and time management skills * Communication skills- Team Player, Customer Oriented * Sales skills- Upselling, suggestive selling Starting Rate $7.25 + Tips
