Inpatient Rehab RN - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

The Inpatient Rehab RN will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a rehabilitation setting. This role includes working with patients recovering from various conditions and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate their rehabilitation and recovery.

• Assess patients' rehabilitative needs and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients' progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Monitor vital signs and support patients with daily living activities as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation.
• Active Arizona RN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
