Position Overview

As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients who require cardiac and continuous physiological monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have strong assessment skills, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to recognize and respond quickly to changes in a patient's condition.

You will work closely with physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure patients receive high-quality, coordinated care.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing direct nursing care to telemetry patients.

• Completing comprehensive nursing assessments.

• Monitoring cardiac rhythms, vital signs, oxygen levels, and other patient data.

• Recognizing and reporting changes in patient conditions.

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered.

• Monitoring patients for medication effectiveness and potential adverse reactions.

• Maintaining accurate and timely nursing documentation.

• Developing and implementing individualized patient care plans.

• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Educating patients and families regarding treatments, medications, and care plans.

• Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.

• Following infection-control, patient-safety, and facility policies.

• Responding appropriately to urgent and emergent patient-care situations.

• Maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with HIPAA requirements.

• Promoting a safe, respectful, and professional healthcare environment.

What We're Looking For

Daisy Medical is looking for nurses who are dependable, professional, compassionate, and clinically confident .

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse .

• Current, active, and unrestricted RN professional license .

• Telemetry experience required.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a healthcare team.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Commitment to providing excellent patient care.

• Ability to adapt to different healthcare environments and facility procedures.

Additional certifications may be required depending on the facility and assignment.
