What You'll Do:

As a DSP, you'll build meaningful relationships while helping individuals achieve greater independence and reach their personal goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities
• Assisting with daily living skills and personal growth
• Teaching and encouraging independence
• Providing personal care as needed
• Preparing meals and assisting with household tasks
• Creating a safe, clean, and supportive living environment
• Transporting individuals to appointments, activities, and community events

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Ohio Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle with active insurance
• Ability to meet ViaQuest Authorized Driver requirements
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, balance, and assist individuals as needed
