The ideal candidate will have experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation, as well as experience leading a team. As a Sheet Metal Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:Lead a team of 4-5 on laser cutting, shearing, folding, and press brake formingFabricate and install sheet metal products such as ducts, roofs, and sidingRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawingsEnsure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulationsMaintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working orderCommunicate with project managers and other team members to ensure that project deadlines are metRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawingsKnowledge of safety regulations and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamIf you are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to use your skills and experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation, we encourage you to apply for this position.
