Manufacturing Operator - Server Assembly (Day & Swing Shift)

Now Hiring for Day and Swing Shift!

We are looking for Manufacturing Operators to assemble data servers and electronic equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with at least 6 months of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience .

• Assemble servers, computer hardware, and electronic components.
• Follow work instructions and production procedures.
• Use hand tools and power screwdrivers to complete assemblies.
• Route cables, install components, and perform basic wiring tasks.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Scan labels and document production information.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support team production goals and communicate effectively with coworkers.

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience .
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Able to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with computers, server assembly, electronics, cabling, or wiring is a plus but not required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
