Insight Global is hiring: Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) | Miami, FL

Our client supports some of the world’s most watched live sports, entertainment, concerts, festivals, film, and television productions , helping bring content to life on stages, screens, and fields around the world.

Insight Global is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to support our client’s global business and partner closely with senior leadership across multiple regions.

What You Will Do:

• Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Provide guidance on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives
• Drive leadership development and talent management programs
• Support global employee relations matters while promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Analytics
• Utilize HR metrics and workforce insights to support business decision-making
• Ensure consistency in global HR practices while adapting to regional and local needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles
• Experience supporting global or multi-region organizations
• Experience in a matrixed, multinational environment
• Knowledge of international labor laws and cross-cultural business practices preferred
• Familiarity with global mobility and workforce planning strategies
• Strategic mindset and executive presence
• Strong organizational design and change management capabilities
• Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and cultures
• Data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in English and Spanish
