Responsibilities

As an Insurance Sales Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive agency growth and profitability.
• Monitor sales metrics, provide ongoing coaching, and recognize team achievements.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

• An active Texas Property Casualty Insurance License and Life Health license, or be willing to obtain prior to beginning employment.
• Proven success in sales with leadership or management experience.
