What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care for OB/GYN patients during assigned shifts
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care based on clinical expertise and patient needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including LPNs, PCTs, and unit secretaries
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management
• Document patient information in accordance with facility standards
• Adapt to schedule changes and assist with coverage as needed
• Support unit operations to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need

• Valid Ohio Nursing License (RN)
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of obstetrics/gynecology nursing experience

• Flexibility with scheduling
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
