Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Swedish Hospital/Psych - Evening Shift

Hourly Pay Range: $43.69 - $67.72. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Details Title: Clinical Nurse Coordinator Location: Swedish Hospital Hours: Evening Shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm) Hours: Full time Required Travel: No Responsibilities Coordinate and manage clinical operations within a designated unit. Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure efficient patient care delivery. Ensure adherence to protocols and maintain the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. Demonstrate strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required); Master’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (preferred). Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (required); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
