• Type : Full Time. 
• Hours/Schedule: 40 per week.

Job Description:

Seeking a dedicated individual who enjoys a fast-paced and positive work environment to be an apartment maintenance tech.

Responsibilities:

Duties may include (this list is not all-inclusive):

• Electrical.
• Plumbing.
• Boiler Maintenance.
• General Repair/Carpentry/Handyman work and maintenance in occupied units and turnover work.
• Tenant work orders as needed.
• Grounds maintenance/cleaning.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Supply your own tools (we do provide larger equipment and some tools for you).
• Available to be on call for after-hours emergencies.
• Experience necessary.
• High attention to detail.
• Great customer service.
• Must be able to cost-effectively analyze work needed and problem solve.
• Must have great customer service and people skills as a large portion of this job will involve tenant interaction.
• General inventory of supplies and ordering.
