Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license and certification
- Experience supporting school-aged children in a therapy setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative attitude, comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability when supporting a mixed caseload with a variety of needs
- Assess students and develop individualized therapy goals in line with IEPs
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services tailored to each student
- Consult with teachers and parents to implement strategies across school routines
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
