Job Overview A law firm seeks a General Liability Pre‑Suit Attorney for its growing office in Saint Louis, Missouri. The role involves managing pre‑litigation work and guiding clients through the case process, focusing primarily on personal injury cases. Duties Handle day‑to‑day pre‑litigation work. Complete the Flip‑to‑Lit approval process. Guide clients through the case process. Draft and file pre‑litigation documents. Complete TD approval for liability issues. Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation. Manage the release approval process. Lead a team of 6‑10 Case Managers. Drive compliance and KPIs among the team. Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements. Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the MO and IL State Bar Association. 1+ years of personal injury experience. Ability to manage a high volume of pre‑litigation cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Self‑starter driven by long‑term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Desire to become part of a trial team. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois. Skills Strong leadership and team management.
