About the Role

The Company is in search of passionate and dedicated individuals to join its global governing bodies as Trustees and Committee Members. These voluntary roles are pivotal in advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights on a global scale. The successful candidates will be part of a diverse and inclusive workforce, reflecting the communities served, and will be expected to dedicate significant time and effort throughout the year to fulfill their responsibilities. This includes a minimum of 15-20 days per year for Trustees and 12-15 days for Committee Members, with the possibility of international travel to engage with partners. The roles available include positions on the Board of Trustees, Nominations and Governance Committee, Finance, Audit and Risk Committee, Policy, Strategy, and Investment Committee, Membership Committee, and Resource Allocation and Sustainability Technical Committee. Each role has specific responsibilities, such as setting and monitoring strategic direction, recruiting and vetting prospective members, overseeing financial performance, and advising on long-term organizational strategies. The ideal candidates for these roles may come from various backgrounds, including activism, strategic finance, or as experienced professionals seeking to make a positive impact. The Company is particularly encouraging applications from individuals with lived experience in the areas of sexual and reproductive health and rights, and those from historically underrepresented communities.
