Crusoe Cloud is building intuitive, turnkey cloud solutions that simplify AI workload management.You'll play a key role in evaluating services, frameworks, and tools for the engineering team, considering reliability, scalability, operational costs, ease of adoption, and recruiting implications. Most importantly, this role will work across engineering teams advocating for forward thinking architecture and customer experience.As part of your responsibilities, you'll develop and refine technical and team fit assessments, mentor engineers, and actively contribute to their development in partnership with engineering managers.What You’ll Be Working On:Collaborate closely with our customer success and product teams to understand the "why" behind our products, not just the "what."Evaluate new services, frameworks, and tools for the engineering teams, considering factors like reliability, scalability, cost, and ease of adoption.Advocate for forward-thinking architecture and solutions that reduce frictions, increase efficiency, and establish reliable and scalable patterns across the engineering teams.Get your hands dirty! Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
