Account Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with import processes, shipping documentation, and customer communication. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Skills and Experience
Requirements
- Knowledge of the import process.
- Basic knowledge of Customs Law (trade regimes, free trade agreements, invoices, and invoice subdivisions).
- Preparation of Shipper's Export Declarations.
- Knowledge of labeling regulations compliance.
- Basic knowledge of import tax regulations.
- HAZMAT (MSDS) knowledge.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Preparation of Bills of Lading.
