Faith Formation Director

Position: Faith Formation Director Organization: St. Francis Xavier Parish Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Petoskey, MI St. Francis Xavier Parish is seeking a full-time Faith Formation Director to support the spiritual growth of the parish community from birth through adulthood. Working closely with the pastor, this position oversees all catechetical programs, sacramental preparation, and faith formation opportunities for parishioners at every stage of life. Responsibilities include planning and evaluating faith formation programs, recruiting and developing catechists and volunteers, managing the Faith Formation budget, and ensuring compliance with diocesan policies and training requirements. The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and a passion for lifelong faith development.
