Retail Inventory Associate – Driver (Mornings) We are hiring part‑time drivers to transport team members to and from inventory events. This role is available for those who enjoy working on their feet, thrive in a structured environment, and are willing to follow a clear workflow. Starting Wage: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour, with productivity‑based increases up to $5.00. Responsibilities Safely transport team members to inventory events, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements. Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. Count and record inventory accurately using handheld scanners. Move between inventory locations; walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals and maintain productivity to earn wage increases. Represent the company positively, upholding Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork. Qualifications Minimum 21 years old to qualify as a van driver; 18 years old for personal vehicle use. Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months, plus a minimum of 3 years of proven driving experience. Availability for flexible, early‑morning or late‑night shifts. Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude. Experience in retail, stock, customer service, or warehouse roles is a plus but not required. Willingness to complete pre‑employment screening, background check, and MVR check.
