Staff BIM Designer

Role Overview Arcadis is looking for a Staff BIM Designer to join the Water Team in Toledo, OH. The position requires a minimum of 7 years experience in CAD/BIM and will focus on developing engineering drawings, models, and designs from instructions and sketches. Responsibilities Update and create drawings for site development, grading, utility piping layouts, process mechanical plans, and construction details using AutoCAD and Revit. Produce floor plans, elevations, section cuts, and schedules in AutoCAD and Revit; maintain site record drawings and ensure alignment with discipline‑specific and company CAD/BIM standards. Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy. Manage workload throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating with local engineers and remote teams to ensure timely delivery. Key Skills and Attributes Strong knowledge of CAD and BIM standards, including facility MEP system drawings, asset hierarchies, and associated O&M documents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative team focus. Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in Architecture, Engineering Technology, or a related field. Minimum 7 years experience in CAD/BIM, proficiency in AutoCAD 2016 or newer and Revit. Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications Background in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related field. Experience working with remote teams.
