We support Tactical Space Superiority Missions with unique solutions that solve Government needs across multiple programs and advance warfighter capabilities.Job Description:Serve as the Product Owner of a software development teamServe as the CAM, keep budget updated, manage staffing planRegular briefings to Executive Leadership and CustomersCoordinate and prioritize the needs for multiple stakeholders across multiple products​To work with stakeholders, both internal and external, to develop solutions to solve Government needs across multiple programs and advance warfighter capabilitiesOwn the integrated Product Roadmap, defining the priorities of software capabilities consistent with stakeholder mission needsIterate Product Roadmap with the stakeholder to address evolving prioritiesDecompose stakeholders’ needs to create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog; support all aspects of backlog refinement and story mappingDrive performance of the team to accomplish sprint and release commitments, escalate and remove impediments, and participate in status and progress reporting to senior managementEngage in Program Increment (PI) Planning Activities; ensure PI objectives reflect customer priorities and business value, identify risks and dependencies for the Scrum Team and across the programBasic Qualifications: Principal Product Owner (Level 3)Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, or similar plus 5 years of experience, or a master’s with 3 years of experienceSoftware Development experienceExperience working in satellite operations, satellite ground systems, or astrodynamics1+ years of CAM experienceEVM Experience 1+ yearsMust be a US CitizenActive Top Secret and ability to obtain and maintain SCI access at time of applicationSr. Principal Product Owner (Level 4)Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, or similar plus 8 years of experience, or a master’s with 6 years of experienceSoftware Development experience2+ years of CAM experience2+ years EVM ExperienceProduct Owner CertificationMust be a US CitizenActive Top Secret and ability to obtain and maintain SCI access at time of applicationPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Atlassian Tool suiteSystems Engineering ExperienceProduct Owner Experience 5+ yearsProduct Owner CertificationCurrent SCI clearanceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and possess the poise and flexibility required to work in a highly dynamic environment*Please be aware that this position is contingent upon capturing program award(s) and obtaining and maintaining associated business and/or customer funding. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
