Logistics Specialist

This position is an entry-to-mid-level role that coordinates logistics and is responsible for ensuring and managing timely and accurate reporting of all shipments, received and sent, as well as proper packaging of all outgoing shipments. Responsibilities Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for proper condition and contents/documentation included Route items as needed and report any shipment damage or discrepancies Manage shipping and receiving records Ensure warehouse cleanliness and inventory organization, including shipping supplies maintenance Physically pull parts from inventory and packages in accordance with commercial or military standards Operate warehouse equipment to move shipments and parts Determine method of shipment based on rates, routers and other requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience at ASI or an equivalent A&D employer 2+ years of logistics experience Prior leadership experience is preferred Aeronautical Systems Incorporated 12040 South Lakes Drive, Ste 203 Reston, Virginia 20191 #J-18808-Ljbffr Aeronautical Systems Incorporated
