Total pay: $60,000 - $72,000 per year (total compensation including salary + bonus)

Primary responsibilities:

• Ensure restaurant is fully staffed with the right people in the right seats
• Trains and develops high performing team members and managers
• Drives sales growth through operation excellence, including excellent product quality, world class customer experience, and local store marketing.
• Controls operational costs to include cost of goods sold and labor expense, and works to achieve personal, area and company financial objectives.
• Fosters an environment to keep team members customers coming back!

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Serv-Safe/local or state food service certification preferred
• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Open availability (weekends, holidays are required)
