A 45+ year established firm is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join their boutique practice based out of Santa Barbara, CA. This is a powerhouse trial firm that welcomes the opportunity to take on big corporations, insurance companies, government entities and has a reputation for defeating some of the areas largest law firms and clients. Successful candidate-

• 8+ years experience with complex litigation
  
  
• Candidates with plaintiff and defense experience will be considered
  
  
• JD from an ABA law school
  
  
• Excellent research and writing skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as a team
  
  
• Strong work ethic
  
  
• Ability to work case from incept to resolution
  
  
• Trial experience preferred but not required
  
  
• Detail-oriented with strong negotiation skills
