General Laborer – Concrete Manufacturing FacilityPosition Summary

The General Laborer supports daily operations within a concrete manufacturing facility by performing manual tasks such as cleaning work areas, handling materials, and assisting with production processes. This role requires physical strength, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Clean and maintain production areas, including floors, equipment, and workstations
• Move, stack, and organize concrete products and materials throughout the facility
• Assist machine operators and production team as needed
• Load and unload materials, either manually or with handling equipment
• Remove debris, waste, and excess materials from the production floor
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Help prepare molds, forms, or materials used in concrete production
• Inspect products for visible defects and report issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects (often 50+ lbs regularly)
• Capable of prolonged standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion
• Comfortable working in a dusty, noisy, and non-climate-controlled environment
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions

• Previous general labor or manufacturing experience preferred (concrete industry experience is a plus)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks daily

• Industrial concrete production facility
• Exposure to dust, heavy machinery, and moving equipment
• Fast-paced, safety-focused environment

• Full-time; may include overtime, weekends, or early/late shifts depending on production needs
