Concierge Position At Legacy Village Of Salt River
Legacy Village Of Salt River is seeking a friendly, dependable prn concierge to join our senior living team. If you have strong customer service skills, enjoy working with seniors, and want a flexible, part-time schedule, this could be the perfect fit.
As the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming environment every day.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: Starting at $17-18.50 per hour depending on experience
- Job Type: Part-Time, Prn (On-Call)
- Hours: Approximately 16-30 hours per week, depending on coverage needs
- Shifts: Day and/or evening shifts
- Location: Legacy Village Of Salt River (Senior Living Community)
This position provides coverage when team members are out and additional support is needed. Ideal for retirees, semi-retired individuals, or anyone looking for flexible work in a meaningful setting.
Concierge Responsibilities
- Greet residents, families, and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist with questions, requests, and general inquiries
- Support communication between departments
- Provide light administrative support
- Help create a positive and organized front desk experience

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, welcoming personality
- Basic computer proficiency
- Compassion and empathy for seniors and their families
- Front desk or receptionist experience (preferred)
