Description Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech) Weekend Shifts Must have ARRT and CRT South Bay and Encinitas Weekend Shifts South Bay - Saturdays 8:20 am - 5:40 pm Encinitas - Saturdays 8:30 am - 2:00 pm Per Diem | $37-$43/hr (DOE) Join IHS and discover more than a job: purpose in your work, room to grow, balance you can count on, and benefits that back it all up. Imaging Healthcare Specialists (IHS) is seeking an X-Ray Technologist to deliver compassionate, high-quality diagnostic imaging that helps physicians make accurate diagnoses and improves patient outcomes. What You'll Do
- Perform X-ray imaging procedures with precision, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Review imaging orders, verify patient information, and maintain exam accuracy.
- Operate imaging equipment and manage digital files through PACS systems.
- Maintain quality control standards and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Support other imaging teams and contribute to department efficiency.
- Apply Lean principles to continuously improve processes and patient care.
- Must have CRT
- Must have ARRT
- Must have CPR
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Radiologic Sciences required.
- 0-1 year of experience (new grads welcome!).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics.
