Location: Remote or Hybrid
Salary: $130k-$160k+ on base and strong annual bonuses
Benefits: 401k Match up to 5%, Bonus, low billable hours, and 1/2 day Summer Fridays

Our team is currently searching for a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager specialization with Trust & Estate , who enjoys a collaborative, low-ego respectful culture.

Position Overview:
As a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager , you'll take on a leadership role within our tax group and work closely with clients to provide high-quality tax services while managing a team of tax professionals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, strategic thinker who is looking for a dynamic role with a positive culture and a healthy work-life balance.
What we are looking for:
- Active CPA
- 5+ yrs experience
- Trust & Estate focus
- Advisory experience/client facing experience
- Previous Tax Supervising/Management Experience
- Experience managing client relationships
