ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Overview: **************LOCAL PREFERRED********************* We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement HR service management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development, HRSD modules, and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow HRSD applications to support HR service delivery processes.
- Implement case and knowledge management, employee service center, lifecycle events, and other HRSD modules .
- Develop custom workflows, integrations, and automation using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Customize UI pages, widgets, portals, and reports to improve employee experience.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization .
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring platform stability and security.
- Support upgrades, patches, and release management of ServiceNow HRSD applications.
- Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer (3+ years).
- Expertise in HRSD modules (Case Management, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Service Center).
- Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS within ServiceNow development.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP API integrations .
- Experience with ServiceNow Scoped Applications and UI/UX customization .
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Data Model and CMDB relationships.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD .
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM or ITOM modules.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum environment.
- Experience in third-party HR system integrations (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
