Multiple development program options – leadership development, professional development curriculums, and Nanodegree options in both technology and data science Professional development gained from conference attendance and participation in organizations like NC Tech Onsite 321 Coffee Shop providing free coffee and pastries to employees The Senior Product Manager will act as the leader of a cross‑functional team consisting of Product, User Experience, and Engineering to solve Relias' business problems and deliver against our product strategy, with a focus on Platform Intelligence – owning client‑facing analytics, insights, and data‑driven features, and partnering closely with the Data Engineering team to deliver solutions that help healthcare organizations make better decisions. What you'll be doing? Leading and participating in the development of product strategy to support the strategic positioning of Relias solutions in the healthcare market Developing and enhancing products by aligning business and technical needs, analyzing customer and product data, turning customer insights into actionable initiatives, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks Leading the discovery process to understand customer needs, opportunities, and pain points Analyzing data to draw insights from current product performance to deliver on key user metrics Planning development milestones with Scrum team and ensuring stakeholder alignment and achieving business outcomes Providing business and market context to the development team Prioritizing the development team's backlog Engaging with clients to obtain and implement feedback Creating detailed requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria Driving refinement and sprint planning activities Facilitating and performing demos for both technical and business stakeholders Creating product documentation including release notes, FAQs, and launch briefs Participating in the commercialization and go‑to‑market activities for Relias products, features, and acquisition migrations Defining and improving product management best practices for Relias platform, mentoring teammates Partnering with Data Engineering to define data requirements, schemas, and pipelines that power client‑facing analytics and insights features Translating complex data concepts into clear product requirements and visualization specifications that drive measurable client value Evaluating and prioritizing analytics feature requests using data‑informed decision‑making and a deep understanding of client reporting needs Leveraging AI‑assisted tools and LLM prompting to accelerate prototyping, discovery, and requirements definition Other duties as assigned You've got what it takes if you have: Proven ability to deliver solutions to business problems, assessing risks and data to inform prioritization Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship Experience with agile development process, User Experience, and customer discovery Experience with feature and business planning and go‑to‑market of new products Understanding of business requirements of internal functions like sales, engineering and marketing Understanding of contemporary technologies and their applicability to solve healthcare business problems Can‑do attitude with ability to get things done under minimal supervision and drive results across cross‑functional teams Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills, and proven ability to run effective meetings Very strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence Ability to define data product requirements and partner with Data Engineering on schemas, data models, and pipeline specifications Familiarity with data visualization concepts and modern BI tools; ability to interpret dashboards and translate findings into prioritization decisions Experience with SQL or comfort reading queries to validate data definitions and support analytics feature development (preferred) Proficiency in LLM prompting and prompt engineering to accelerate product workflows, discovery synthesis, and requirements documentation Experience using AI‑assisted prototyping tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) to rapidly create and validate product concepts 5+ years of experience in product management in SaaS and/or healthcare industry Bachelor's Degree It would be ideal if you have: Degree in computer science, technical discipline, or healthcare specialty Experience managing data, analytics, or business intelligence products in a SaaS or healthcare environment In office requirement: Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that you have opportunities to work with your teams regularly for professional development. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1‑hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
