Payroll Benefits Manager

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, navigating competing priorities, and partnering with employees, leadership, and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day payroll activities and help ensure accurate and timely processing. Serve as a resource for employees regarding pay, benefits, and related inquiries. Coordinate benefits-related activities and assist with employee enrollment and plan administration. Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to help resolve payroll and benefits issues. Maintain accurate employee information and support HR data management efforts. Prepare reports, track metrics, and assist with reconciliation and auditing activities. Support compliance-related requirements and documentation processes. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency. Contribute to special projects and operational initiatives as needed. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in payroll, benefits, HR operation management related functions. Bachelor's degree and/or combination of relevant experience. Working knowledge of payroll practices, employee benefits programs, and HR systems.
