About The Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Quality Specialist to join our team at DIS AG Germany. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the complaint and deviation management processes, ensuring sustainable problem resolution. Your expertise will support the continuous improvement of quality standards within our production environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and product excellence. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including production, engineering, procurement, and other internal stakeholders, to analyze quality data, implement corrective actions, and drive process enhancements. This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence quality assurance strategies and play a key role in maintaining the company's reputation for high‑quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in quality assurance, complaint management, or process improvement within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Experience with quality tools such as root cause analysis, FMEA, and statistical process control (SPC). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Knowledge of quality standards and certifications such as ISO 9001 is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office applications and quality management software. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Responsibilities Steuerung und Betreuung des Reklamations- und Abweichungsmanagements inklusive nachhaltiger Fehlerbehebung. Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen sowie Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen und Einleitung vorbeugender Maßnahmen. Analyse, Auswertung und Visualisierung von Qualitätskennzahlen sowie Umsetzung gezielter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen. Beratung und Unterstützung der Produktion in allen qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen. Koordination und Nachverfolgung von qualitätsbezogenen Themen im Produktionsumfeld. Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten innerhalb der Wertschöpfungskette. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Produktion, Einkauf, Engineering und weiteren internen Schnittstellen. Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prüf- und Qualitätssicherungsprozessen. Unterstützung von Entwicklungsprojekten mit Fokus auf Fehlervermeidung und robuste Prozesse. Leitung und Koordination von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (KVP). Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Prozessen und Richtlinien. Unterstützung des Quality Managers bei der Bewertung und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Managementsystems.
