What You’ll Do as a Family Experience Teammate: Deliver outstanding customer service: Greet families warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally. Guide families through their journey: Help families choose the right swim program, complete enrollment, and address questions or concerns with care and expertise. Promote the Aqua‑Tots experience: Communicate the benefits of our swim curriculum and how it fosters water safety and lifelong skills. Resolve customer inquiries: Provide solutions for scheduling, billing, or account updates to ensure families have a seamless experience. Celebrate family milestones: Hand out stickers, high‑fives, and celebrate swim achievements to create positive and memorable experiences. Maintain a welcoming environment: Ensure the swim school is clean, organized, and inviting for families. Collaborate with the team: Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and provide consistent, high‑quality service. Qualifications: Ability to routinely lift more than 60 lbs. CPR certification successfully completed within 60 days of hire. Why Join Aqua‑Tots?
