They work within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care activities and maintain standards of practice. Ensure quality nursing care is provided by all assigned staff. Adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in nursing practice. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates are eligible. Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification required.
