An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced RN Nurse Manager – Main Operating Room to lead nursing operations, empower clinical teams, and drive excellence in surgical patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day nursing operations for the Main OR.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Promote high-quality, safe, and patient-centered surgical care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary hospital teams.
• Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience.
• Computer proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• 5 years of clinical experience.
• 2 years of nursing management experience.
• Specialty certification relevant to the unit.
