Crush Innovations is expanding in Houston, TX, and we’re looking for motivated, outgoing professionals to join our team as Entry Level Brand Ambassadors.

In this role, you’ll represent client brands through promotional marketing, sales and business outreach throughout the Houston area. You’ll connect with prospective customers and business professionals, introduce client products and services, generate qualified leads, and help create new business opportunities.

We provide hands-on training in sales, marketing, customer engagement, lead generation, and client relations. This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to gain professional experience while building toward leadership and management opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Represent client brands professionally during marketing campaigns, business outreach, office visits, meetings, and events
• Engage prospective customers and business professionals to introduce products and services
• Identify customer needs, communicate key benefits, and generate qualified leads
• Conduct targeted outreach throughout assigned Houston territories and business districts
• Assist with appointment setting, follow-ups, and customer acquisition efforts
• Build positive relationships with prospective customers, clients, and business contacts
• Deliver clear, brand-consistent messaging while adapting conversations to individual customer or business needs
• Maintain accurate lead, contact, and follow-up information
• Work alongside the sales and marketing team to achieve campaign and client goals
• Track activity and performance, including leads generated, appointments scheduled, and campaign results
• Support event, meeting, and campaign preparation as needed
• Maintain a professional, reliable, and positive presence when representing Crush Innovations and our clients

Brand Ambassador Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, professional, and comfortable meeting new people
• Positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset
• Coachable and willing to learn new sales and marketing techniques
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage appointments and follow-ups
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, team oriented environment
• Able to commute to meetings, events, and campaign locations throughout Houston, TX
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotions is a plus, but not required
• CRM or customer database experience is a plus; training will be provided
