Barista Job Application

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate drinks.
- Greet and connect with each customer
- Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products
- Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion
- Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
- Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines
- Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, and supplies
- Keep the work environment sanitary and organized
- Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer
- Work as a team and communicate with all staff members
Qualifications:
- Passion for people and Scooter's Coffee products
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Commitment to master brand recipes and techniques
- Dependability
- Energetic, fast-paced, flexible work style
- Ability to learn quickly, problem solve, and handle multiple duties
Pay $12/hr plus tips
(Baristas report earning at least $14-16/hour including tips, although a concrete tip amount cannot be 100% guaranteed)
