About the Role

The National is seeking a high-energy, polished, and sales-minded Leasing Agent to join our close-knit team. In this role, you will be the face of our community—driving occupancy by turning prospective leads into happy residents, while maintaining the exceptional customer service standards our community is known for. The ideal candidate effortlessly blends a consultative sales approach with genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion & Sales: Swiftly respond to all prospective inquiries, conduct engaging property tours, and manage the follow-up pipeline to meet occupancy goals.
• Leasing Pipeline Management: Guide prospective residents through the application, screening, and lease execution process with clarity and speed.
• Resident Experience & Retention: Serve as a primary point of contact for resident inquiries, support community engagement initiatives, and foster long-term retention.
• Property Operations: Perform move-in/move-out inspections, maintain an organized leasing office, and handle daily administrative tasks accurately.

Qualifications & Core Skills

• Experience: Prior experience in residential leasing or property management required.
• Sales Aptitude: Proven track record of converting leads, maintaining diligent follow-ups, and closing sales.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Organization: Strong multi-tasking skills with precise attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Mindset: Dependable, proactive, and eager to collaborate in a small team setting.
