Seeking Experienced Insurance Sales Manager to Lead a Successful Team

Although we will recruit experienced insurance agents for you, no experience is necessary . In fact, in many cases we prefer to recruit people coming from other industries. We've found tremendous success taking people with careers as   bartenders ,   servers ,   teachers ,   healthcare workers , and even former   military   and training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities).

Job Requirements:

• Must be self-motivated and able to motivate others (This is a 1099 commission plus bonuses and overrides team leader role that can move into a W-2 role)
  
• Must have a successful sale, training and recruiting track record in the Insurance industry
  
• Must have a *CURRENT* Life and Health License
  
• Must be able to train and motivate neophyte and experienced agents
