Make a difference in the lives of students by providing speech-language therapy services in a diverse educational setting near Detroit, MI. This full-time contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to support middle school through age 26 learners in one school site, working closely with an engaged team of educators and specialists.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan SLP license
• Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with Speech and Language Impairment (SB) endorsement
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience working with developmentally disabled students is preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students as specified in IEPs
• Complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Engage students using creative, evidence-based teletherapy and in-person techniques

Position Details:

• Full-time, onsite from 8:00 am to 3:15 pm
• Caseload includes middle school through age 26 (one school location)
• Contract assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through June 7, 2027

Pay: This position offers highly competitive compensation, paid weekly.
