Job Summary:
Goldsboro, North Carolina - A registered nurse opportunity on a Medical Surgical Floor. The clinical nurse will provide competent patient care consistent with professional standards. The position requires candidates to bring their license on the first day. The role involves coordinating and delivering nursing care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Nursing Diploma or ASN (Associate Degree in Nursing) or ASN from an accredited school of Nursing; License to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers (AHA or ARC); 2+ years of Medical Surgical or Telemetry experience; 1 year of nursing experience
• Preferred Qualifications: BSN or MSN from an accredited school of Nursing
• Additional Information: Experience with electronic medical records (Epic) preferred. Candidate should demonstrate competence in caring for patients with complex problems, including physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety aspects. Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills are essential to collaborate effectively and promote cost-effective care.
