Team Leader - Clean Express Auto Wash

Location 4300 Pontiac Lake Rd, Waterford, Michigan, 48328 Position Team Leader – $17.50 per hour Overview We are looking for a Team Leader to support the Clean Express Auto Wash site’s facility and operations. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales growth, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team in a fast‑moving, eco‑friendly car wash environment. Educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club benefits. Engage with customers before and after wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks. Lead the team to meet and exceed high‑quality service standards. Address and resolve customer escalations calmly and effectively. Operate basic retail equipment and manage the wash process. Drive team performance to exceed service standards. Foster a positive, collaborative team environment. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment. Previous sales or customer service experience (plus). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, professional appearance. Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment. Demonstrate flexibility and accountability in all responsibilities. Commitment to excellence and leadership example. Work Environment & Physical Demands Required to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift. Work on your feet continuously in a fast‑paced environment. Work outside in all weather conditions. Lift up to 25 lbs.
