Partner Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Partner Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own the strategy and execution of partner programs across the full customer lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on scalable growth and operational excellence. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities, drive program adoption, and improve the experience for partners from onboarding through expansion. It is well suited for someone who can translate complex partner needs into clear programs, strong documentation, and measurable business outcomes. Location: Remote Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Own the roadmap and execution for global partner programs across the customer lifecycle Coordinate requirements and milestones across multiple teams and functions Enhance the partner journey from onboarding to adoption and expansion Design and implement partner incentives and build business cases with leadership Maintain compliance and clarity in program documentation and eligibility rules Create training materials and playbooks to drive program adoption Define and report on success measures for each program using performance data Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in partner programs, channel strategy, or ecosystem operations Proven ability to manage complex programs from design to execution and iteration Strong understanding of partner economics, including incentives and deal registration Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority Analytical skills to connect program activities to revenue and customer outcomes Excellent written communication skills for simplifying complex concepts Program management expertise with a focus on practical execution Benefits Comprehensive health, financial, and well-being benefits Flexible Paid Time Off policy Access to Team Member Resource Groups Equity compensation and Employee Stock Purchase Plan Growth and Development Fund for professional development Parental Leave for new parents Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
