Retail Part Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (City Creek Center - Salt Lake City, UT)

Job Summary Fabletics is currently looking for a Part‑Time Sales Lead at City Creek Center in Salt Lake City, UT. The role is focused on delivering an exceptional, best‑in‑class customer experience while supporting Sales and Operations. You will leverage cutting‑edge technology to create a seamless shopping journey between online and retail stores, collaborate with a driven Store Manager and a passionate team of associates, and help customers live their passion. Responsibilities Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects. Provide training and immediate feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.). Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates and help them meet or exceed individual and team performance goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to increase overall customer experience. Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey. Provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement of the business. Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Maintain all safety and security standards, identify and communicate potential issues. Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10–30 lbs). Participate in physical duties such as moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of work experience within a retail environment. Prior retail management experience is a plus. Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities. Strong social interaction skills with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment. Ability to work effectively with large teams. Great interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the initiative to seize opportunities. Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems. Self‑motivated, good communicator, and the ability to bring out the best in others. Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure. Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, national holidays, and other days as needed. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. The position requires constant movement, standing for at least two consecutive hours, and may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
