Job Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our Ice Cream and Candy Store team! If you enjoy working with people, have a friendly personality, and love creating a fun experience for customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
We’re a team-oriented company that values flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude. Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing excellent service.
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and make accurate change.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Restock merchandise and assist with attractive product displays.
- Prepare and serve ice cream and candy products according to company standards.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Communicate customer requests or issues to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail, food service, or customer service preferred.
- Strong math and communication skills.
- Friendly, positive, and dependable attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
- English proficiency required.
