Job Summary:
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Payne Edinburg. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, and performing general administrative duties.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Provide information to callers and assist with inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Uphold a high level of customer service at all times.
