We are searching for elite sales leadership talent, a sales manager who thrives on winning, developing others, and loves what they do.
What You'll Do
As an Inside Sales Manager, you'll be an integral part of our team, and you'll be tasked to:
Drive Measurable Results
- Achieve 100% of production goals and key performance indicators monthly
- Lead team to effectively participate in the Objective/Key Results process
Build and Develop a High-Performing Team
- Recruit, lead, and retain a team of up to 15 Sales Representatives
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1s with each team member
- Conduct regular performance reviews to meet individual and team goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Lead and participate in sales team meetings, industry trend discussions, and best practice sharing
- Administer employee recognition programs and SPIFFS reporting
Deliver a Best-In-Class Customer Experience
- Identify, nurture, and grow business from insurance agents and agencies
- Lead team to execute consistently within sales operations procedures
- Set proper expectations with customers and collaborate with internal teams to deliver on them
