Production Supervisor - 1st shift

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate production team members to achieve safety, quality, and output targets

Execute and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to standards

Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing policies and proactively addressing risks

Quickly resolve operational issues, including equipment or workflow disruptions, to minimize downtime

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations

Train and develop employees, supporting onboarding and ongoing skill growth

Communicate shift performance, challenges, and priorities through effective shift handoffs and reporting

Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost performance

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong understanding of production processes and equipment operation.

Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality control standards.

Bilingual English/Spanish required
