We are looking for a Leasing Agent who will be responsible for following a trained leasing process, attaining sales and retention goals and setting the pace for fellow team members. The individual should be willing to work in a fun, competitive leasing environment, willing to work some weekends and have flexible hours. Responsibilities Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials Confirm rental application data and personal references Stay knowledgeable of the property market status Provide information on all aspects of properties Requirements Sales experience preferred Yardi experience highly preferred Saturday hours are required Retail, automotive, hospitality and property management backgrounds are encouraged to apply The individual must have an outgoing personality Must have strong communication skills and a desire to learn Must have proven reliability, be goal oriented, and willing to adapt to a fast paced and quickly changing environment Benefits Base salary plus a highly competitive commission program Medical, dental, and vision insurance available Paid holidays and vacations Housing discount available #J-18808-Ljbffr
