UAE Global Patriot Program Integrator

Location & Eligibility Location: Tewksbury, MA (US-MA-TEWKSBURY-TB4 ~ 836 North St). Candidate must be U.S. citizen and able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Role Summary UAE Patriot Program Integration Leader – coordinates program teams on UAE development, production and sustainment contracts. Works across stakeholders to implement program management best practices, provide tactical direction, maintain program cadence, and ensure contract and company requirements are met using tools such as EVMS, IPDS, PRISM. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain program management plans consistent with program requirements and company policies. Identify and implement key program metrics and lead development of situational awareness charts for management. Oversee performance assessment, measurement collection, analysis, and storage, working with program leads and CPTs on corrective actions. Execute daily program cadence (risk review boards, customer reviews, failure review boards, program milestones, decision reviews) to achieve contract commitments. Monitor an effective action‑item tracking system to ensure timely closure. Oversee Control Account Manager activities and ensure IPDS gate process compliance. Guide program leads on risk and opportunity management. Lead proposal and startup activities, including bidding, gating, negotiation and contract definitization. Prepare, revise and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, IPDS, EVMS and corporate policies. Coordinate customer program reviews and prepare for customer visits. Manage program risk and opportunity in accordance with financial goals. Support contract proposal process for bidding, gating, negotiation, and start‑up. Travel domestically and internationally as needed (Huntsville, Alabama; Abu Dhabi, UAE). Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years of experience. Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages. Experience with program management tools, IPDS, and/or collaboration tools. Experience with EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP and/or IMS development. Program Management Level 6 certification or ability to achieve within 6 months (preferred). Prior experience as IPT lead, program integrator, material program manager or program manager. Certified BOE developer / approver. Experience on Patriot programs. Life cycle sustainment experience. Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD.
