- 2nd or 3rd shift opportunity , based on current business needs
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree in a technical field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience troubleshooting AC/DC motors, motor controls, and drives
- Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
- Experience performing preventative maintenance and documenting work in a CMMS
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights when needed
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of industrial manufacturing equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on pumps, motors, gearboxes, plastic extruders, and other production machinery
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using testing equipment
- Troubleshoot AC/DC motors, drives, PLC-controlled equipment, and industrial controls
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks and work orders using the CMMS system
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and standard maintenance shop equipment
- Assist with training less experienced maintenance technicians
- Plan and prioritize maintenance activities with minimal supervision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and perform other maintenance-related duties as needed #INDSKH
